William Shakespeare once said,”It is not the stars that hold our destiny, but it is in ourselves.” This quote has many meanings to different people. The reason that I interpreted in my own mind is that you shouldn't be wishing on stars for something great to happen you should actually go out and change it and make your own destiny. Many people aren't successful because they wait for something good to come to them when all they have to do is get of their lazy butts and actually go for it whether its a sports team a job or even a relationship. Eminem once said “if you had one shot, or one opportunity to seize everything you ever wanted would u capture it or let it slip?” Yet still many people are just letting it slip and not going for it. This once happened to me when I was little and could have had a huge opportunity to be a jiujitsu champion but instead of asking to compete and practicing hard I played around to much. I now noticed that if I focused more I could have been better than I am today. This quote can relate to day to day things by people listening to it and actually going out. For instance instead or just getting that B that you always get why not go for that A. I once heard someone say that mankind's fear is not that we aren't good enough but that we're more powerful than we know and it is our light that frightens us. This quote is so true because we know that we can do it we just choose to not go out and wish upon stars. Most kids don't want to be successful they kinda want it. They don't want it more than they want to be party,most of them don't even want it as much as they want to sleep. When people get to the point when they want to succeed as much as they want to breathe then they will be successful. Instead of wishing on stars go out and do something.

I also agree that many people are too lazy when it comes to certain things and they just let opportunities and such slip right past them.

Mature love is true love. An example would be that when your usually younger or immature for a stable relationship and first meet a person that you "like" and you start dating and he/she brakes up with you or he/she can't continue the relationship you get probably pretty upset but in a day or two you could forget about it almost completely. When the same thing happens when your older and more mature and you really "love" this person and he/she can't continue the relationship for whatever reasons it could be months maybe even years before you completely get over him/her. Another example could be when you first start dating you have no experience at all when it comes to dating or true love or a stable relationship. So you can not tell if you love someone because you need them or if you need them because you love them, you also can not tell if they love you because they need you or if they need you because they love you. This quote can relate to the amazing love story by William Shakespeare Romeo and Juliet because in the beginning of the story Romeo was "in love" with a girl named Rosaline in the beginning of the story. Which is an example of immature love because when he finds out that Rosaline is becoming a nun he is sad for about half a day about it then he sees Juliet. Which he claims is "true love" because when he first lays eyes on her he says that he has never seen true beauty until this night. So this could be an example of "mature love" but it also could be an example of immature love. This is because he saw her and talked to her for 15 minutes and basically says that she now controls his life. Another example could come for Juliet. Juliet at the beginning of the story does not want to get married but right after she met Romeo she says that she basically wants to marry him. This and example of immature love because she rushed right into the "relationship" and she has never been in one before for any experience. At this point in the story "Act 1" Juliet has not had an example of "mature love."

Romeo seems to need to be in love with anyone because of his romantic ideas, Everything we know about lasting love seems to point to the fact that this is immature love, Yet we can all name one or two examples of this “immature” love that lasts a lifetime, and that everything can tell how deep and lasting it truly becomes. Wouldn’t it be amazing if that rare kind of love was real?

Mostly kids around thirteen to seventeen say “i love you” to that other person they think they know, but really don’t know who they really are. Older people that have matured and been through a series of steps in there life get what mature love is. Mature love isnt just first sight, its about seeing that person for who they are on the inside. Seeing the good in that person no matter how hard things could get. In Juliet and Romeo they say its “love at first sight” so you can tell that they know more about immature love then they do mature love. They have a physical connection, or in other words attraction to each other. After knowing for less than twenty minutes Juliet declares her love for Romeo.Not knowing anything about him including his name. They were two young and let physical attraction get in the way of truly knowing one another. Showing they didn't have a clue what mature love was.

To me, this quote draws the line between people who claim to be in love, and those who truly are. The difference is that people who are completely head over heels in love with someone will make is clear to them that they know they don't just love them because they need to be loved or because they seek someone else's love and approval. They love that one special person because they couldn't imagine life with out them. They want to be with that one special person every second of the day. They could spend all day with them, but the second they leave, all they want is to back in their arms again. Looks is the last thing that matter to them because they know how beautiful their personalities are and that's what's truly important. I believe that's the fine line between really loving and adoring someone and just claiming you do and seeking their love and affection. In Romeo and Juliet, they didn't even know each other's name before they declared their love for one another. That shows they didn't really know the true meaning of love.

Immature love is needing something from someone whether its love back or some physical motive its cause they need them. Mature love is when you feel an emotional love for someone, you just want them. We think fairytale love is true love, but its not true love is when two people love each other and make memories and overcome challenges together. To want someone emotionally is only one part though of love you physically want them too. both are versions of love, but one is more likely to last than another, and is more fulfilling than the other. This quote means that there is more than one form of love and they both feel good. Someone who loves another in a mature way they will tell the other that they don't just love them because they need love back, but because they couldn't think of surviving without them. They be there for each other through thick and thin and care about them and support them. Immature love is fun yet ends with two people emotionally scared and not wanting each other, Mature love ends with two people emotional torn in two and wanting it to work no matter what.

Romeo went from saying he will never love again to I'm going to marry this girl or no one else. Juliet went from I'm not sure I ever want to marry to I will marry him or rather die than marry anyone else.

The feelings they may have for you are not as strong as they thought or think they really are. On the other hand people that are really in love with you know that you are the one and that the feelings are 100% true. They are smart enough and mature enough to see that what they have is true love and not a silly crush and some boy or girl. The difference between the two is one is really love and one is a trick or brain is pulling on your heart. Immature love is the love that people who are not ready for real love have while mature love is the real deal ,love of your life.
This quote can relate to the play Romeo and Juliet.I think they go together really well because Romeo has experienced immature love. He thought he was in love with this girl and when he found out she was going to become a nun and could never love him,he became really depressed. Then they decided to crash a party so he could see her on last time but he sees Juliet and says that he has not seen real beauty until he saw her. He instantly forgot about the other girl and said he was in love with Juliet. he changed his mind very quickly and that was immature love. So far I have not read enough to see if his love for juliet is real but his love for the other girl was obviously fake. Romeo has yet to see mature love so far.

A baby might love and respond to a mother or father because parents meet all of the physical needs and without them, the baby could not survive. As children grew into adults there are no longer physical or financial “need” but the love that is exchanged between parents and children still is cherished. In romantic love, sometimes people look at someone and feel they instantly know all about them. Sometimes without knowing the other person well at all, they fell they ”need” them and cannot live without them. This is immature love as a person gives traits to another that they may or may not have. If a relationship matures each person truly knows the other and comes to need and rely on the love their share and the value of knowing someone deeply. In both examples “immature” love is centered on the individual and getting things out of the relationship for themselves. I think that sometimes people are never able to move to a more mature love that involves valuing the other person and the love that both contribute. Many people say that Romeo and Juliet is a story of immature love because they were both so young. They also did not have time to really know each other, and might have needed to be in love, giving each other traits they wanted in a lover, But what if the love was real and so powerful that it was mature? I think that Shakespeare’ might be teasing all romantic people with this idea which is why the play continues to be so popular after all this time.

I think that immature love is that they really dont love the person they just want to be loved. I also think it means that they think they love the person but they really dont they just love there looks. Romeo and Juliet are not because they truley do love each othere the way they talk and make each othere feel. Mature love is when a person and aperson truley love each othere and will do anything for one another like in Romeo and Juliet Romeo didnt truley love Roseline because he quickly got over her once he seen Juliet .The diffrence between mature and immature love is that mature love is when a person really loves a person for who they are and not for what they look like or how mutch money they have.

A kid may love a shirt because he needs to since his dad wants him to wear it. A boy may need his girlfriend because he loves her is the other part of the quote. Most children and teens dont really know what love is. They think they do know but they really dont. Most kids would always judge a person by only the way they look, or how sporty they are, but theirs way more than that. People may only love somebody because the person is funny, this is also stupid in my opinion. The person you love should have a bit of every positive quality. You want them to be funny, play sports with you, treat you right, and not have a two day relationship. If you only look for one of these qualities and are ok with it, this is easily imature love. As already stated, mature love would mean not liking a person because of one little quality. A person may be good looking but who know that person could be a jerk and not care about you at all. Same thing goes for any person interested in another for having only one good quality. Make sure the person has a bit of everything and make sure you do to. Hopefully most people will realize this as they get older. So if you see a kid saying they know what love is, dont believe them as they are most likely wrong. Another common one would be money. Never like a person because of how rich they are, that may be the most imature love in the entire world. Love the person for who they are not the foolish qualities that dont matter at all. Again I say hopefully one day our entire world will come to realize this, it isent very hard to realize, trust me it isent. For the people who do realizes this will realize how much happier they really are this way than the other way you could be.

How ever Mature love is when you truly have feelings for a person and you are in love with them. You feel like your world would be a total wreck if you didn't have them there with you. So when the quote says 'I need you because I love you" really means they are in love and they need each other to live. The difference between mature love and immature love is a big difference. Immature love is not real love. Its fake. Its a cover up for saying I can find someone better. But real love is like no other. Its like no one else matters in the world but you and that one other person. This can relate to Romeo and Juliet a lot too. In the beginning Rome was so in love with Rosaline until he aw Juliet. That shows that Romeo was immature love with Rosaline, which means theywerent truly in love. And him and Juliet were mature love and it was real.

Juliet also knows that this is the guy she wants to spend her life with. Earlier that morning she said that she didn’t want to get married at all. But know she wants to. Immature love is also in Romeo and Juliet too. Romeo only wanted to get married to Rosaline. That was the same day as the party. Then he met Juliet and was in love again and over Rosaline.
To me love is just plain stupid somene ends up hurt either way. William Shakespeare,one of the greatest writers,wrote a tragic love stories Romeo and Juliet where two teenagers fell in love. He once said,"Immature love is when you say I love you because I need you. Mature love is when you say I need you because I love you,". I believe by this he means that it would be naive thinking to believe your in love just because you need them. Rather than you loving so much that you need that person just because you love them. If they absoute need someone to go one with their lives because they love someone so passionately. Where all you need is them to keep going through life. Rather than loving something because you need to love them.

They fell in love with each other at first sight ,despite this they loved each other because they needed each other. That's why at the end of Romeo and Juleit when Romeo thought he beloved Juliet was dead he too killed himself.This is because he could not live a day without his love.That he would rather die then be without his live. That is how the quote relates to Romeo and Juleit and how I interrupt the quote.

I think this quote means that people who are older know what true love is. Going for the smaller kids who say they love each other but it really is false. Like the quote says I love you because I need you. That means that just because you have or girl friend and you say you love them, its because that's what is expected. This quote means that you love them because you need them. But a more mature person needs somebody because they love them. Without that love you wouldn't need them. But because that feeling of need of them in your life, is why you like them .
I think that this quote relates to what we are learning. The love of romeo and Juliet in this case. Its between the man, romeo, and a not so mature woman, Juliet. She is only 13. But in a way this is a mature love relationship. This is because romeo is older and knows what true love is. But for being a 13 year old girl, she is mature. So the type of love between the two is mature. They met for like 2 minutes and were kissing each other at a party. Juliet said she was never going to get married, but when she kissed him, it was for sure. They needed to be with each other for the rest of their lives. And that is what the love came from.

This quote means a lil to me cause ik what this quote means. You can and cant relate this to romeo and Juliet because there love was immature because they just fell in love in plain sight and it couldn't relate to this because it wasn't mature love it was immature. I also think it was immature cause he saw her for 2 seconds and fell in love with her.
